Romans 11:33: Oh, the depth and riches of the wisdom and the knowledge of God! How unsearchable his judgments, and his paths beyond tracing out.
Prayer …
Heavenly Father, thank you for reawakening us each spring to the power of your supporting presence in the world, but even more in our life. Bless us today as we seek to put you first in all we do. In Infant Jesus name we pray. Amen.

Short Reflection on Today's Gospel (John 16:16-20)
Jesus' last words to his apostles point to his saving assignment and to their mission to be witnesses of his saving death and his glorious resurrection and to announce the good news of salvation to the entire world. Their task is to make known the gospel – the good news of salvatin – not only to the people of Israel, but to all the world as well. God's love and gift of deliverance is not set aside for a few or for one nation alone, but it is for the whole world – for all who will believe it. The gospel is the power of God, the power to free people from their burden of guilt, sin, and domination, and the power to heal, restore, and make us whole. Do we believe in the power of the gospel, and word of Jesus?
