I have seen the Lord!

Gal 2:20: I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.
  Let us Pray ...
Heavenly Father, we Thank you, God, for loving us and sending Jesus to redeem us from our sin. We commit to you today that we will live by faith in your Son who gave himself so we can spend eternity with you. We ask that by your Spirit, you help Jesus' life be seen in us. Through Infant Jesus we pray. Amen.

Meditation on Today's Gospel: (John 20:11-18)
The resurrection of Jesus is the base of our hope – the hope that we will see God face to face and share in his eternal glory and joy. Without seen him we love him; though we do not now see him we believe in him and rejoice with unspeakable and exalted joy. Mary did not at first recognize the Lord since her focus was on the blank tomb and on her own grief. It took merely one word from the Master, when Jesus called her by name, for Mary to know him. Mary's message to the disciples, I have seen the Lord, and this is the very heart of Christianity’s faith. As the outcome of our faith we obtain the salvation of our souls". Do we recognize the Lord's presence with us, in his word, in the "breaking of the bread", and in his Church, the body of Christ? If not let us recognize now.
