  Let us Pray ...
Heavenly Father, thank you for being there and staying there when all others forsake and leave. You are the one constant in our life so full of change. Help us become more steadfast and faithful in our commitments and relationships to honor you and to learn more about you. Through Infant Jesus we pray. Amen.

Meditation on Today's Gospel: (Mark 11:11-26)
Jesus’ cleansing of the temple was another visionary action. In this event we see Jesus' surprising and quick action in sanitization the temple of those who were using it to make use of the believers of God. The currency changers took benefit of the poor and compulsory them to pay many times more than was exact. In the house of the Lord no fewer! Their theft of the poor was not only disgrace to God but unjust toward their fellow citizen. In explanation for his audacious action Jesus quotes from the prophets Isaiah and Jeremiah. His act of judgment aims to cleanse the worship of God's people and to order their erring ways. After this event Jesus exhort his disciples to “have faith in God”. They are to pray with expectant faith no substance how difficult the state of affairs may be. The phrase “to remove mountains” was a common Jewish expression for removing complexity. A wise teacher who could solve obscurity was called a “mountain remover”. If we pray with confidence God will give us the means to conquer difficulties and obstacles. If we want God to hear our prayers we must pardon those who wrong us as God has forgiven us. Do you pray with hopeful faith?
