No temptation has seized you except what is common to man

1 Corinthians 10:13: No temptation has seized you except what is common to man. And God is faithful; he will not letyou be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when youare tempted, he will also provide a way out sothat you can stand up under it.

Do not bring us to TEMPTATION ... often we pray. and we've all been there. There have no temptation taken you but such as is common to, which comes from weakness of man: but God is faithful and always, who will not make you suffer to be tempted above that you are able, but with the temptationalso he that would have you tempted for your profit's sake, will make a way for you to escape out of the temptation and make a way to escape, that you may be able to bear it. No one will ever know, besides it won't hurt anybody! Carnal desires gain strength by indulgence, therefore should be checked in their first rise. Because something inside of us caved into what we knew was wrong. One-line of defense is to simply remind ourselves we are not alone in this temptationothers have faced it and conqueredit, so we too can do, by Jesus help and the power of the Holy Spirit. The fear of the Lord, put into everyone's hearts, will be the great means of safety of overcome temptation.

Heavenly Father, guard our heart from all temptation and our life from sins and mistakes. We want to serve you with wholehearted devotion. Forgive us for our past sin, and by your grace and through your word, strengthen us with your Holy Spirit so that we may overcome the temptations that Devil uses to separate us from you. Through my Protector and Redeemer Infant Jesus we pray. Amen.
