Sign of the Cross (in Latin: Signum Crucis) is a practice (ritual), recitation and hand movement made by Christians. This simple practice made by the Christians, believes which protect from all evil.
Q: Why Christians make the sign-of-the-cross on themselves?
A: The sign of the cross represents the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Before and after prayer Christians cross themselves because it helps remind us of Jesus’ promises. It also reminds us of His death that through Him, because of His suffering, Christians can get to heaven. Sign of the Cross remind us of, we are belong to the Heavenly Father.
